Mission Healthcare, a leading provider of home-based healthcare services, today announced the appointment of Angela Collins, as President of Hospice Operations.

Collins brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience and a distinguished track record of driving operational excellence, clinical quality, sustainable growth, and enterprise value creation across multi-state hospice organizations. Throughout her career, she has successfully led large-scale hospice platforms, transformed underperforming operations, strengthened regulatory compliance, and built high-performing leadership teams.

“Angela is a proven leader whose vision, operational expertise, and commitment to compassionate patient care make her an exceptional addition to our executive team,” said Mark Kimsey, Chief Executive Officer of Mission Healthcare. “Her experience leading complex hospice organizations through growth, transformation, and innovation aligns perfectly with Mission Healthcare’s commitment to delivering exceptional care while expanding access to services in the communities we serve.”

Prior to joining Mission Healthcare, Collins served in executive leadership roles across some of the nation’s leading hospice organizations. Most recently, she led enterprise hospice operations for a multi-site healthcare organization, where she successfully restored financial performance, rebuilt leadership infrastructure, reduced regulatory exposure, and positioned the platform for scalable growth. Previously, she served as President of Hospice for a 33-site, multi-state hospice division, overseeing more than 5,000 average daily census and generating significant revenue and EBITDA growth while reducing Medicare CAP liability and launching innovative palliative care programs.

As President of Hospice Operations at Mission Healthcare, Collins will oversee strategic growth initiatives, operational performance, clinical excellence, quality outcomes, workforce development, and innovation across the organization’s hospice services.

“I am honored to join Mission Healthcare at such an exciting time in its growth journey,” said Collins. “Mission Healthcare has built an outstanding reputation for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families. I look forward to partnering with our exceptional teams to continue advancing clinical excellence, expanding access to hospice services, and creating meaningful impact in the communities we serve.”
