Mission Healthcare Appoints Jason Gerard as President and Chief Financial Officer

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Mission Healthcare is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Gerard as President and Chief Financial Officer, effective 2026.

In his role, Gerard will oversee Mission Healthcare’s financial strategy, planning and analysis, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions while partnering with the executive leadership team to shape and execute the organization’s long-term strategic vision.

Gerard brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare finance and operations. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for driving financial excellence, operational performance, and sustainable growth across complex healthcare organizations.

Prior to joining Mission Healthcare, Gerard served as Chief Financial Officer of a Southeast-based hospice platform, where he played a key role in advancing operational performance, leading growth initiatives, and executing strategic priorities that strengthened the organization’s long-term success.

Gerard earned his degree from Texas Tech University and resides in South Carolina.
