We have implemented protocols that are consistent with these guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of the care we provide.

We are committed to keeping you safe

Our COVID-19 Task Force monitors guidelines daily to ensure we have the most current facts so we can provide early, accurate and effective communication to our employees and the patients we serve. The Task Force guides our response to COVID-19 and ensures we comply with public health recommendations.

Daily health screenings

Mission Healthcare requires that our home health and hospice employees self-monitor and report any symptoms of COVID-19 immediately.

Face coverings are mandatory

You will find everyone — patients, staff and visitors — in our facilities wearing a face covering.

Personal Protective Equipment

Our clinicians are taking full precautions and are well-trained on the use of personal protective equipment and supplied with sanitary equipment to care for patients safely including N95 masks, gloves, gowns and face shields.

Telemedicine Visits

Processes and strategies have been implemented to provide quality patient care while reducing the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Individualization of the hospice plan of care may include utilization of technology when traditional in person visits are restricted by COVID-19.
